Online registration is already built into your site. There is no additional charge to use it. If you decide to accept credit cards, additional fees will be due to the bank and Visa. We do not charge you anything. We typically have people use PayPal or Authorize.Net. PayPal has no monthly fee, but charges 2.9% on each transaction and you have to manually reconcile and move funds to your existing bank account. Authorize.Net charges a monthly fee of about $33, but they charge 2.1% on each transaction. Authorize.Net is fully automated so treasurers have little to no reconciliation to do and your funds automatically move to your existing bank account. Per above, if you only accept checks, there is no additional cost.
There is a full backend to this feature. There are data grids you can use along with exports to Excel if you want registration data off-line.
