2) When you click the registration link below, you will start either logging in with your existing username and password, or click the "Create New Account" if this is your first registration with ZYFA.  There will also be a "Forgot Username and Password" link for those returning members who do not remember their login.

3) Returning Members will register as usual once logged in, and you can edit any information about the participant before starting the registration.  New users will create an account first, setting your own unique username and password for the account. After the account is established, you can begin your registration. 

4) When registering please fill out all required fields (i.e, weight, birthdate and grade level entering FALL 2024).

5) After your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

* Registration based on players grade in the fall of 2024.

• A full refund will be returned BEFORE teams are formed.
• After first week of practice, NO further refunds will be issued.

All refunds will have a $10 administration fee per cancelled registration subtracted from the amount paid. This is based upon fees incurred by the bank for each transaction and registration.  If you registered late and paid a late fee, the late fee is non-refundable.

• Players that attended the ZYF Camp will have a $25 administration fee per cancelled registration subtracted from the amount paid.  This is based upon bank fees and camp expenses.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing or emailed.  Once the request has been approved, a refund check will be issued.
